Bong Bong Red is a medium-bodied wine blended from a number of different varieties to achieve balance and complexity.
The nose shows lovely dark plummy fruit with enticing spice herb, and earth aromas.
The palate is juicy and flavoursome with a satisfying savoury finish.
The blend is mainly Merlot with lesser amounts of Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz to enhance the wine.
