Late in the 2011 growing season, the cordons (arms) of some of our estate-grown Chardonnay vines were cut to promote dehydration and concentration of sugars and flavours. Mild weather and little rain allowed the fruit to shrivel up producing very rich, concentrated berries.
This unique dessert wine shows peach marmalade and caramel aromas with luscious palate flavours of stonefruit and honey.
Great with fruit based desserts. Drink now to 2018.
