The fruit in our latest Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced entirely from a high altitude (850m) vineyard in Orange, NSW. This wine has a complex and elegant nose, with lovely dark fruit aromas, herbs, espresso, and subtle French oak.
The medium-bodied palate has great structure. Dark fruit flavours mingle with the dense fine-grained tannin profile.
This wine is drinking well with food at the moment, and will gain even more harmony in time as the tannins gradually soften. Great with rich meaty dishes, drink now and over the next 4 years.
