The fruit in our latest Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced entirely from our Bridgecreek vineyard (elevation 850m) in Orange, NSW.
The nose shows black olive, dark plummy fruits, coffee bean, dried herbs and toasty French oak.
The palate is medium to full-bodied with lovely smooth, ripe tannins. Concentrated blackcurrant and plummy flavours abound in the mouth before the lengthy and flavoursome finish.
This wine is drinking well with food at the moment, and will gain even more harmony in time. Great with rich meaty dishes, drink now until 2019.
