The fruit for this wine was grown at Vin de Vie vineyard in Orange at an altitude of 850m, giving the wine spicy cool-climate fruit in a medium-bodied frame.
The complex nose reveals aromas of spicy blueberry and plum with black cherry, and some earthy hints.
The palate has very good richness and ripeness, with the typical cool-climate elegance and structure we get from this vineyard.
The medium-bodied palate shows lovely soft, succulent fruit, and is beautifully balanced with superb drinkability.
Great with beef and lamb.
Drink now and over the next 4 years.
