Bong Bong Quattro Rosso is a medium-bodied wine blended from four varieties to achieve balance and complexity. The fruit was grown in Orange and Central Ranges at high altitude vineyards (600-800m).
The nose shows lovely cherry, plum, rhubarb and herbs. The palate has excellent flavour and balance with a satisfying savoury finish.
The blend is mainly Tempranillo, Barbera and Nebbiolo with some Merlot to flesh out the palate.
Great around the BBQ, and with pizza or spaghetti bolognaise. Drink now to 2017.
