Our Sauvignon Blanc is grown entirely at our Bowral vineyards in the Southern Highlands, NSW. Different parcels of fruit picked from different blocks and stages of ripeness were kept separate throughout vinification, allowing the selection of the best components for the final blend. A small percentage was wild fermented in French oak barriques to enhance complexity. There are tropical varietal aromas of pineapple, pink grapefruit, passionfruit, with almond brioche. The palate is soft, ripe and textural with juicy grapefruit flavours and good length. Fantastic as a lunch wine, equally good as an aperitif, great with seafood. Drink now while young and fresh.
