Bong Bong Quattro Rosso is a medium-bodied red wine blended from four varieties to achieve balance and complexity. The fruit was grown in Orange and Hilltops at high altitude vineyards (500-800m).
The nose shows raspberry and red plum with spicy herbs. The palate is soft, round and generous with excellent flavour and balance finishing with a pleasant savoury edge.
The blend is mainly Shiraz, Pinot Noir and Merlot, with some Cabernet Sauvignon to tighten up the palate.
Great around the BBQ, and with pizza or spaghetti bolognaise. Drink now to 2018.
