Our 2015 Bong Bong Rosé is made from Cabernet Sauvignon grown at our Bridgecreek vineyard in Orange at an altitude of 800m above sea level.
There are interesting herbal aromas with cucumber, gooseberry and hints of pineapple. The palate is soft, round and generously flavoured with juicy red fruits throughout. Overall, this is a fun, easy drinking wine.
Great with hors d’oeuvres, or just by itself!
