Partial wild fermentation in French oak (2% new) with regular battonage (lees stirring) has added complex nutty almond characters to the ripe citrus and grapefruit core.
The palate has beautiful balance with delicious grapefruit/herb flavours working well with the texture gained through wild fermentation.
A delightfully different, delicious and very easy drinking wine that partners well with seafood.
