Our Reserve Pinot Noir is made entirely from fruit grown at our Orange vineyards and tends to produce a more robust and fuller style.
It has a beautiful spicy nose with red and black cherry, dark earth, and subtle supporting oak.
The palate has great mouthfeel and texture, with juicy dark berry fruit, and an enticing cherry acid lift leading into a long and satisfying finish.
Partial wild fermentation using indigenous grape yeast and maturation in new and seasoned French oak has added texture and complexity to this wine.
Minimal filtration may result in a small deposit with time.
Best enjoyed with fuller flavoured dishes such as veal, chicken, duck.
