Our 2016 Bong Bong Pinot Noir is made from a blend of fruit grown in both the Southern Highlands and Orange regions. It tends to produce a delicate, easy drinking style with exceptional value for money.
It has bright aromas of cherry, herbs and spice with a light, textural palate.
Partial wild fermentation using indigenous grape yeast and maturation in new and seasoned French oak has added texture to this soft, silky, and very easy drinking style.
Minimal filtration may result in a small deposit with time.
Great with hors d’oeuvres.
