This wine was made entirely from fruit grown in our Bowral Vineyards.
Clear Riesling aromas of green apple and lime precede a gloriously balanced, zesty and juicy palate. Lively palate flavours of freshly crushed lemon & lime, grapefruit, and a touch of pineapple explode in the mouth together with a tight acid structure, finishing with a juicy crispness and purity that lingers forever.
This wine has a slight spritz from preserving as much of the CO2 from fermentation, adding a zingy freshness to the palate.
The 925 denotes 9% alcohol and 25g/L residual sugar, giving an off-dry finish.
As this wine has elevated natural acidity, it will age extremely well in the next 10+ years developing palate texture and complexity of flavour.
Fantastic Summer luncheon wine due to its low alcohol level, great as an aperitif, and perfect with Asian inspired seafood dishes with chilli and spice.
Only serve cold.
