GSR stands for Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, and Riesling, grown from three different blocks within the Orange Region, NSW.
The Pinot Grigio provides red/yellow apple, the Sauvignon Blanc adds tropical fruit flavours and floral notes, and the Riesling adds a lime / pink grapefruit tang.
Being able to blend the three varietals together enables us to craft a style with wonderful balance, texture, and aroma that would not have been achievable using a single varietal.
It is a fresh, bright style with wonderful fruit expression.
The palate is crisp and zesty, with well-defined, fresh fruit flavours running all the way through to the satisfying finish.
Ideal as a summer aperitif, great with Asian and seafood.
Drink now to 2019.
