2017 Reserve Pinot Noir

Our Reserve Pinot Noir is made entirely from fruit grown at our Orange vineyards and tends to produce a more robust and fuller style.

It has a beautiful spicy nose with red and black cherry, tamarillo, and oriental spice.

The palate has great mouthfeel and texture, with fleshy red berry fruit, and an enticing silky finish.

100% wild fermentation using indigenous grape yeast and maturation in new and seasoned French oak has added texture and complexity to this wine.Minimal filtration may result in a small deposit with time.Best enjoyed with fuller flavoured dishes such as veal, chicken, duck.
