Our Reserve Pinot Noir is made entirely from fruit grown at our Orange vineyards and tends to produce a ripe and fuller style.
It has a beautiful spicy nose with red and black cherry, and subtle smoky hints.
The palate is intensely flavoured, with juicy red berry fruit, and an enticing cherry acid lift leading to a long and satisfying finish.
Partial wild fermentation using indigenous grape yeast, and maturation in new and seasoned French oak has added texture and complexity to this intensely flavoured wine.
Minimal filtration may result in a small deposit with time.
Best enjoyed with fuller flavoured dishes such as veal, chicken and duck.
Drink now to 2020.
