2012 Winery Block Chardonnay

The 2012 growing season was cooler than average producing an elegant, fully flavoured style with superb grapefruit flavours.

Wild yeast fermentation of high solids juice in top quality French oak has added almond and cashew brioche, and subtle waxy aromas to the pink grapefruit core.

The palate has beautiful grapefruit flavours that cleanse and invigorate all the way through to the long, fine finish. It has fantastic balance and richness to really satisfy.

A full flavoured, elegant and complex Chardonnay style that partners well with seafood.

Drink now to 2020.

2014 Winery Block Tempranillo

Our Winery Block Tempranillo is made entirely from fruit grown at our Bowral vineyards in the Southern Highlands.

Tempranillo is an early ripener, which is necessary in our cool Bowral climate to gain ripe, red fruit flavours.

Light-bodied, gentle and smooth, with aromas of raspberry, strawberry, dark earthy notes and rustic green herbs, this wine is dangerously drinkable!

To highlight the juicy red fruit flavours and textures, minimal oak contact was used.

Ideal with canapés.

Drink now to 2018.

2014 Winery Block Sauvignon Blanc

Our Sauvignon Blanc is grown entirely at our Bowral vineyards in the Southern Highlands, NSW. Different parcels of fruit picked from different blocks and stages of ripeness were kept separate throughout vinification, allowing the selection of the best components for the final blend. A small percentage was wild fermented in French oak barriques to enhance complexity.

There are tropical varietal aromas of pineapple, pink grapefruit, passionfruit, with almond brioche. The palate is soft, ripe and textural with juicy grapefruit flavours and good length.

Fantastic as a lunch wine, equally good as an aperitif, great with seafood. Drink now while young and fresh.
