Bong Bong Quattro Rosso is a medium-bodied red wine blended from four varieties to achieve balance and complexity. The fruit was grown in Hilltops and Orange, NSW.
The nose shows plum, dried fruits, blackberry, with some subtle smoke notes. The palate is soft, round and gentle, with cherry and plum flavours, finishing with a pleasant savoury edge.
The blend is mainly Shiraz and Barbera, with some Tempranillo and Merlot for structure.
Great around the BBQ, and with pizza or spaghetti bolognaise. Drink now to 2022.
