Bong Bong Quattro Rosso is a medium-bodied red wine blended from four varieties to achieve balance and complexity. The fruit was grown in Orange, NSW.
The nose shows gorgeous chocolate cherry and blackberry, coffee, dried fruits and fruitcake. The palate is soft, rich and flavoursome, with juicy plum flavours, and a smooth, silky finish. The 2018 vintage is a particularly good blend representing exceptional value.
The blend is mainly Corvina and Shiraz, with some Rondinella and Mencia for structure. Great around the BBQ, and with pizza or spaghetti bolognaise. Drink now to 2025.
