Centennial Vineyards Bong Bong Quattro Bianco is a crisp, refreshing field blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Grüner Veltliner & Riesling all grown at our cool-climate Bowral Vineyards in The Southern Highlands, NSW.
The Chardonnay provides lemon curd and grapefruit, the Pinot Grigio adds spiced red apple, the Grüner Veltliner adds citrus flavours, and the Riesling adds a twist of lemon. Being able to blend so many varieties together enables us to craft a style with wonderful balance, texture, and aroma that would not have necessarily been achievable using a single varietal. The palate is full-flavored, fresh, and juicy, with soft fruit acids. There are excellent fruit flavours and length making for a very easy drinking and all-purpose style.
Ideal as a summer aperitif, great with Asian and seafood. Drink now to 2023.
