The fruit for this wine was grown at Hilltops (Moppity Vineyard) at an altitude of 500m, giving the wine enticing ripe fruit characters in a medium-bodied frame, with the hallmark of great drinkability.
The enticing nose reveals aromas of black plum compote, spiced blackberry and brown spices. The medium bodied palate is silky smooth, fleshy and crammed with plum, black cherry and blackberry flavours, concluding with a ripe, silky tannin finish. Delicious Shiraz!
Great with beef and lamb. Drink now to 2028. For best enjoyment, remove cork and let breathe for an hour before serving.
