Made entirely from fruit grown at our Bowral Vineyard in the Southern Highlands.
Traditional winemaking techniques are used to enhance complexity. Partial wild fermentation and ageing in French oak has added gentle oak/nut tones to the apple and grapefruit aromas. The fresh and balanced palate has apple, citrus and grapefruit flavours, with good acidity throughout the long finish.
A well balanced and very easy drinking Chardonnay style that partners well with chicken dishes. Drink now to 2028.
