Our 2021 House Block Pinot Noir is made from fruit grown at Bowral in the Southern Highlands.
2021 was a cooler growing season producing delicate and gentle wines. The 2021 House Block Pinot Noir has red cherry and plum aromas, supportive mineral oak with some wholebunch herb characters. The light-bodied palate features spicy cherry compote flavours and a lovely soft, silky texture.
Partial wild fermentation using indigenous grape yeast and maturation in new and seasoned French oak has added texture to this gentle, and easy drinking style. Great with hors d’oeuvres, also great with duck, chicken, veal. Drink now to 2026.
