Centennial Vineyards Bong Bong Sparkling is made from Chardonnay (69%) and Pinot Noir (31%) grown at our Bowral Vineyards in The Southern Highlands.
The nose shows fresh apple & pear, some citrus hints, with some complexity gained through the use of some old reserve base wines. The palate is light and zesty, initially with lemon flavours, followed by yellow and red apple, finishing with some old barrel complexity making for a superb aperitif at the end of the day. This is great value sparkling wine and an excellent introduction to our diverse range of sparkling wines.
The Bong Bong Sparkling is similar in style to a soft dry prosecco.
Drink now to 2021. Serve chilled.
