Our 2018 Bong Bong Pinot Noir is made entirely from fruit grown at our Bowral vineyards in the Southern Highlands. It tends to produce a gentle, easy drinking style with exceptional value for money.
It has bright aromas of cherry, rhubarb, wild herbs & spice with a soft, textural palate.
Partial wild fermentation using indigenous grape yeast and maturation in new and seasoned French oak has added texture to this soft, silky, and very easy drinking style.
Minimal filtration may result in a small deposit with time.
Great with hors d’oeuvres, also great with duck, chicken, veal.
