We are one of only two growers in Australia of these classic and very unique varietals. The classic Ripasso della Valpolicella wine styles are the inspiration for this unique and delicious wine whereby the inclusion of partially dried grapes (using a prune dehydrator) to the ferment has concentrated the must, adding ripe brown spices, fruitcake, dark cherry aromas and a textural, velvety palate featuring chocolate cherry flavours. Best enjoyed below room temperature, ideally 15-17 Celsius. Great with osso bucco. Drink now until 2023.
