We’re proud to share that our Lumière Blanc de Blancs has been recognised in the Halliday Top 100 Wines for 2026, celebrating outstanding Australian wines across a range of styles.
Selected by the Halliday Tasting Team, the annual Top 100 showcases some of the country’s most noteworthy wines, highlighting the quality, diversity and craftsmanship of Australia’s wine industry. This year’s sparkling wine selection includes exceptional examples from across Australia, with the Southern Highlands among the regions represented.
A Celebration of Southern Highlands Sparkling Wine
Crafted from selected Chardonnay parcels grown in our Bowral vineyards, Lumière Blanc de Blancs is an elegant expression of cool-climate sparkling wine from the Southern Highlands.
Produced using the traditional method, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle and extended ageing on lees to develop its complexity, texture and finesse. The result is a beautifully balanced sparkling wine with layers of lemon, vanilla custard, dried yellow apple and almond biscuit, complemented by a creamy palate, vibrant pink grapefruit acidity and a long, dry finish.
Made in small quantities when fruit quality is exceptional, Lumière reflects our commitment to producing distinctive wines that express the character of our vineyards and the cool-climate conditions of the Southern Highlands.
