This spring, Zephyr Ensemble returns to the Southern Highlands with Dreamsong, a program of luminous music that weaves together folk tales, seasonal reflections, and Ola Gjeilo’s radiant Dreamweaver. Horizontal Festival is a brand-new immersive event coming to Centennial Vineyards in Bowral, Southern Highlands, on4-5 October 2025. This unique festival combines exceptional local food, varietal-led wines, live music, art, and interactive workshops across themed zones. Designed to offer a multi-sensory experience, it blends agri-tourism with vibrant culture to create an unforgettable celebration for all the senses.

This winter, Centennial Vineyards Cellar Door in Bowral hosts a compelling dual exhibition by Southern Highlands artists Kate Friesenecker and Sonja Bowden, presented by The Pop-Up Project. Running throughout June and July, the exhibition brings together two contrasting yet complementary artistic styles: Kate’s expressive oil landscapes, shaped by her background in art therapy, and Sonja’s meticulously detailed coloured pencil portraits of animals and wildlife. Set within the picturesque surrounds of Centennial Vineyards, the exhibition invites visitors to experience a sensory blend of fine art and fine wine - celebrating local creativity, emotion, and the beauty of the natural world.

Horticulturist Garth and Anna Phillips ( Brother and Sister) will show you how to make your own Christmas door wreath along with some simple decorating ideas to take the stress out of Christmas entertaining. Hosted at Centennial Vineyards Barrel Shed on December 6th. Everything you need in the Workshop will be supplied.

After having a fun day, including lunch served on the Terrace, you will leave with your own door wreath.

Paint Pinot believes there is a painter in everyone, and getting your team or friends together out of your usual comfort zone is very therapeutic. We don’t take your painting skills too seriously but we do guarantee a smidge of banter, a touch of competition, copious amounts of belly laughs washed down with a glass of wine or two.

Natalie Will of @Moe.Does.Life is offering a three hour workshop at Centennial Vineyard on the Saturday 28 September from 11am.

Using a variety of mediums Natalie will guide you through composition, collage and a variety of techniques that will leave you walking away with a truly one of a kind creation you will be proud to call your own. The workshop will run for 3 hours, all materials will be included, but if you have a certain image, photo or material you would like to use please bring it along there are no limits as to what can be used. 

This September, we invite you to a unique artistic experience at the picturesque Centennial Vineyards, Cellar Door. Our local art partner The Pop-Up Project is showcasing the incredible work of four local and talented artists: Corinne Dany, Natalie Will, Jacquie Brown and Sarah Norton. Each artist brings their own distinct style, offering visitors a diverse range of artworks to admire. From bold and vibrant canvases to delicate and intricate pieces, there’s something to inspire every art lover.
