NV Brut Cuvee

Our Non-Vintage Brut cuvee was made largely from selected Pinot Meunier parcels grown within our Bowral vineyards in the Southern Highlands of NSW (750m). This is our second release of Pinot Meunier sparkling wine and consists largely of the 2019 vintage (80%) with the balance coming from the 2018 vintage (20%).

Being one of the first varieties to harvest from our Bowral vineyard, Pinot Meunier is typically flavour-ripe with moderate acidity, and usually quite a soft and gentle style requiring less time on lees to harmonise than the other classic sparkling varieties (Pinot Noir and Chardonnay). A pale copper colour is consistent with the red-berried Pinot Meunier grape. The nose shows red and yellow apple aromas, ripe strawberry with subtle cinnamon pastry complexities. The palate is soft, generous, and easy to drink, with cleansing acidity. There are ripe palate flavours of strawberry, yellow apple, pear and subtle stone fruit flavours and textures. Fantastic as an aperitif, yet versatile enough to carry through every course of the meal.

2025 Pinot Blanc

Pinot Blanc is a white-berried mutation of the genetically unstable Pinot Noir. According to Jancis Robinson, “the main characteristic of wines made from Pinot Blanc are a certain roundness of flavour, verging on apparent sweetness sometimes because the acidity is relatively low. They are gently rather than demandingly appealing, having even fewer distinguishing marks than Chardonnay, and generally rather less body. Most of them are wines to be drunk young.”

The Young Gun of Wine website describes “Not an overly intense or aromatic variety, Pinot Blanc tends to exhibit aromas of white pear, golden apple and white florals. The palate can be simple and light-bodied or taken to quite full richness.

Wines from Alsace and the New World will generally bear the name Pinot Blanc, while wines from Italy will be labelled Pinot Bianco. In Germany, the names Weißer burgunder and Weißburgunder are employed, while Austria will more commonly use the latter, as well as Klevner.

The 2026 Reserve Southern Highlands Pinot Blanc is made from fruit grown at the Yaraandoo Vineyard. The attractive nose offers spicy red apple and nashi pear aromas. The generously flavoured palate has beautiful, ripe red apple and spiced pear flavours with balanced acidity and gorgeous texture as a result of lees stirring after fermentation. Pinot Blanc, with its delicate and versatile flavour profile, pairs well with light poultry, seafood, salads, and creamy pasta sauces.

2026 Rondinella

Our 2026 Bridge Creek Rondinella is grown at our Bridge Creek vineyard in Orange, NSW at an altitude of 850m.

Rondinella (and Corvina) are traditionally grown in the Veneto region in Northern Italy where they are used to produce the classic Amarone and Valpollicella wine styles. We are one of only two growers in Australia of these classic and very unique varietals. Rondinella grapes were fermented as whole bunches using carbonic maceration for 2 weeks before pressing into old oak barrels for 2 months before bottling. The wine has a light red colour reminiscent of dense Pinot Noir. There are intoxicating carbonic maceration aromas of bubblegum, boiled lollie, spice, brown herb and cherry leading into a light-bodied, soft and round palate. Gentle texture provides a satisfying mouthfeel and ensures food compatibility.

Enjoy lightly chilled in the summer months. Drink now. Perfect with cured meats, soft and tangy cheeses or savoury tarts.

2025 Dolce Classico

Crafted from Corvina and Rondinella—two classic Italian varietals grown at 850m on our Bridge Creek vineyard located in Orange, NSW—this wine draws inspiration from the traditional Recioto style of Italy’s Veneto region.

These grapes, most famously used in Amarone, Valpolicella, and Recioto, were partially dried using a prune dehydrator to intensify flavour, texture, and natural sweetness. We are one of only two Australian growers of these varietals, and as far as we know, the only producer of this Recioto-style dessert wine.

Inviting aromas of blackberry, prune, fruitcake, walnut, licorice, and brown spice lead into a rich, velvety palate. With 135g/L of residual sugar balanced by elevated natural acidity, the wine is opulent yet finely poised, finishing with exceptional length and detail. Perfect with chocolate-based desserts—or simply as dessert on its own.

About Centennial Vineyards

Centennial Vineyards is dedicated to cool climate grape growing and winemaking, leveraging high altitude to foster a cooler climate that allows our vines to ripen more slowly and evenly. This results in balanced, aromatic fruit and exceptional wines.

Sustainability is central to our approach. Our winery, farm, and Cellar Door are primarily powered by solar energy. We embrace regenerative farming techniques to enhance soil health and wine quality, focusing on composting and sustainable soil practices to keep our vineyard’s soil fertile and productive. We also strive to adhere to organic practices whenever possible. Our barrels are temperature-controlled in an underground cellar, which maintains a stable environment ideal for maturation. This cool, consistent temperature is crucial for the aging process, ensuring the production of premium quality wines.

Our Bowral estate spans 320 acres at an elevation of over 760 meters, with 60 acres dedicated to a diverse range of varieties including Chardonnay, Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Albariño, and traditional Champagne varieties such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier.

Additionally, we own 45 acres in Orange, with 14 acres currently under vine. Orange is a cool-climate region with vineyards reaching up to 1200 meters in elevation—the highest in Australia. Our Bridge Creek vineyard, located at 850 meters, benefits from ample afternoon sun and dry, continental weather, which supports the ripening of varietals such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Rondinella, Corvina, Mencía, and Shiraz. Rondinella and Corvina are rare Italian grape varieties, and we are one of only two growers of these unique grapes in Australia.

In certain years, we also source fruit from other NSW vineyards.

Our commitment to quality is evident in the numerous international and national awards our wines have received.

Each year, we host multiple 'A Day on The Green' events at our Bowral estate, featuring both local and international acts and drawing up to 14,000 guests.
